"press 2 for English"

Right now at work, I am making a million calls to CPS schools and lots of them have menus that say "press 2 for English". At first I thought this was annoying, but now I wish that I could press 2 for English at work too. There are so many terms and abbreviations used and I have no clue what my coworkers are talking about. TRD, PD, SES, CTC, RFP, RTI, Booths, TRiO, Upward Bound, GEAR UP. AHHHH!
Work is crazy, today I worked 10 hours and brought home over an hour of work and I'm still behind! AHHHH!
