You may not have thought much about this, but North Carolina is in the south. We tried sweet tea, sweet potato hashbrowns, and hushpuppies at the Q shack. Unfortunately all the flights of beer the night before restricted me from from eating pulled pork, but I did try their unusual bbq sauce.
